• All transactions are final and non-refundable
• You are responsible for verifying the authenticity of NFTs before purchase
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from transactions

5. Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for:

• The security of your cryptocurrency wallet
• Protecting your private keys and wallet credentials
• Any unauthorized access to your wallet

We are not liable for any loss resulting from compromised wallet security.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WorldCapitals by GeoNFT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify users and require re-acceptance of the updated terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
